Running in the morning

I have been running in the morning for 8 days now. I know its not much but it literally has changed my mind and body.

How now, regularly wake up at 4 in the morning and get ready for my run and return to my home by 5.

A morning run opens up your body and you feel active and positive through out the day. But the distance is very crucial here. If you are reaching your limit everyday, that is running exhausting distances, then you will feel tired all day and won’t be able to do your work efficiently .

That’s my mantra. And I recommend running to whoever can do it.
