Down the Madness I Go

Lit Up: Mad March Microfiction

The lowest of lows as I slip off into the deep end. The feeling is getting worse. My soul is becoming bad. My mind is running with blunt and resentful thoughts and my eyes are blood shot red.

I’m filled with rage. I’ve let you kiss me a thousand times, but your kisses started to depress my soul. You turned me from this delicate flower, now I’m turning into this maddening monster. I’m disheartened by your eyes as you turn to look at me. My soul is filled with angst and fiery as you tried to come near me. Down cast and anger is my only love for you.

This writing and angered mind is so sluggish that I can only see our emotions spiraling out of control. Here goes the imagination and burning passion for life. It just spins around like a furious wheel. Its all just in my head. It’s down this lonely madness I go…
