My monthly DeFi yield farming results for April

I have been testing different DeFi strategies. One of those are the leverage yield farming strategies provided by Francium. My plan is to test and update different strategies monthly.

Below is my April strategy and results.

For April, I opened 3 2x Delta Neutral Yield Farming positions on Francium. Each with $300 dollars.

At the end of 30 days, they yield the following results:

Total Yield = $26.17, or 2.9% (34.8% APR)

Almost 3% in monthly yield is not a bad result. To put into context, a compounding monthly yield of 3% would double your money every 26 months.

For May, I am going to test out something a little more aggressive.

With the same 900 dollars, I am going into the following positions

Solana is currently at $90, I think it is going to go up in the next 30 days, so I am creating a slightly long position from the pure delta-neutral strategy.

In a typical 3X leverage strategy, a 25:75 (USDT:SOL) borrowing ratio will create a delta-neutral effect. I am going to borrow a little less SOL to create a 40:60 (USDT:SOL) borrowing ratio. This gives me a slightly long position. Allowing me to generate better yield if the price of SOL goes up.

To reduce risk, I set a stop-loss at 90% if the price of SOL goes below $64.18.

I am deploying $607 (2/3 of my entire portfolio) in this strategy.

2. $200 in high-risk, high-yield pools

In April, I tested the RAY-USDT and OCRA-USDT pools. The price of them are much more volatile than that of SOL. In the course of a month, the price of both tokens fell almost 20% . However, at the end of the month both pools yield positive results.
