Living a grateful lifestyle can make you mentally tougher. It doesn’t mean you won’t still have to deal with stress. It just means that you’ll be able to deal with it much easier. Stress won’t have as debilitating an effect if you’re practicing gratitude regularly.

During the 30 days, I found that it was so much easier to deal with the daily stress of my job. I noticed that I was able to stay motivated far longer than I had when I wasn’t regularly practicing gratitude.

Gratitude is not only great for your mental health, it can help you physically too. It can boost your immune system and make it easier for you to adopt healthier habits. It’s been shown that those who practice gratitude also participate in other healthy activities such as exercising and eating healthier.

Productivity is obviously very important to anyone who is trying to start a business. Using gratitude is a great way to become more productive almost instantly. It helped me greatly. Gratitude makes you a better worker and entrepreneur.

Finally, gratitude makes you much happier. Focusing on the things that are going right in our lives is absolutely crucial if you’re going to be happy.

I’ve noticed that gratitude is a happiness multiplier. When I thought about the act the other person did, I felt great. I felt fortunate to have had someone do it for me.

Also, when I wrote the email expressing how I felt about their act, I felt even better. It was almost like I was giving them a gift. That made me even happier.

When the other person responded, letting me know how much it brighten their day, I was ecstatic. I felt like I was on top of the world.Because I was focused on the parts of my life that are awesome. Become more grateful.

As entrepreneurs, our lives are full of challenges and obstacles that cause us to feel a myriad of negative emotions. It’s normal. At times, these emotions can be very difficult to deal with.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

I’d challenge everyone who reads this to try the Gratitude Challenge. You don’t have to do it the way I did it.

Maybe you only want to try it for one week, or two weeks. Maybe you’d rather place a phone call than send an email. That’s fine.

However you do it, make sure it’s heartfelt and consistent. Everyone has had people in their lives who have done something for them at one point or another.

These people need to know what impact they have had on your life. Try it out and you will find that your life will change for the better almost immediately.
