How Our Beliefs Can Create or Destroy Our Reality

Happy Friday!

Did you see the story about the world’s dirtiest man dying after not taking a shower for 67 years?

I told my wife Kelsey about this, and she did not believe it was true.

Look it up! I’m not playing.

He was an Iranian man who died at the age of 94. So doing the math, he stopped bathing when he was 27 years old.

That is some crazy ass shizz.

It got me thinking about habits and paradigms that we hold as true that might be false, but we hold on to them with everything we got.

Because what happens is if we hold on to them too long, our mind and body will find ways to make them valid for us.

This can be a good or bad thing.

Because our beliefs make us who we are. If you hold a belief long enough, your reality will express that belief back to you.

So I offer you the opportunity to craft beliefs of things that you want and hold them tight. We know that if you do this for long enough, those beliefs will become your reality.

One of the best ways to reinforce positive beliefs you want to hold so they can become your reality is to be a part of a great mastermind group.
